Anne M. (Smialek) Chichlowski

Anne M. (Smialek) Chichlowski, 72, of Fall River, formerly of East Freetown, wife of Thomas S. Chichlowski, entered into rest Sunday, April 17, 2016. A member of the BMC Durfee High School, Class of 1961, she earned her Master's Degree in Education from Bridgewater State College and taught at the Davol School, Fall River. Besides her husband of 43 years, she leaves two children, Thomas S. Chichlowski, Jr. and his wife Carol of Portsmouth, RI and Caryn Maciel and her husband Ron of Plymouth, MA; grandchildren, Leah and Cassidy Maciel and Bobby Costa; a brother, Robert Smialek and his wife Christina and nieces & nephews. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Mary Estelle (Frain) Smialek. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 a.m. from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at Holy Cross Chapel, Pulaski St., Fall River, at 10:00 a.m. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
