Angelina (Rashed) Khoury

Angelina "Angie" (Rashed) Khoury, 94, of Fall River, wife of the late James T. "Jim" Khoury, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018.

She was employed by the former Shelburne Shirt Co. and Tioga Sportswear and was a Fall River Public School System Teacher Assistant and Cafeteria employee. She was a member of the Blessed Mother Guild and St. Anthony of the Desert Parish and the Lebanon-American Society Ladies Auxiliary. An excellent cook, her door was always open and she was happiest when cooking for her family and friends.

She leaves three children, Christine M. Lake and her husband Robert and E. Thomas Khoury and his wife Charlene, all of Fall River and James M. Khoury and his wife Gina of Los Angeles, CA; grandchildren, Carrie Ann Paterna and her husband Joseph, Adam Kalil Khoury and his wife Michelle, Leeza C. Khoury Santos and her husband Jared, Jahnna J. Khoury and Giulia A. Khoury; two great-granddaughters, Angelina Paterna and Lilianne Khoury; sisters, Lydia Viveiros and Mary Santerre, both of Fall River; her brother-in-law, Edward C. Motta of Tiverton and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late George and Sadie (Tamer) Rashed; the sister of the late Rose Motta and the sister-in-law of the late Haleem "Bubbles" Khoury.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:30 AM from the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass at St. Anthony of the Desert Church at 10:00 AM. Interment, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation, Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Donations may be made to St. Anthony of the Desert Parish, 300 No. Eastern Ave, Fall River MA 02723. Angie's family is grateful to the Staff of Clifton Rehabilitation Nursing Center for their wonderful care and compassion.
