Angelina (Pereira) Demelo

Angelina (Cabral) DeMelo, 82, of Montaup St., Fall River, widow of Evaristo C. DeMelo, died Thursday, February 9, 2012. Born in Arrifes, Ponta Delgada, Sé�o Miguel, Azores, she was employed by Soloff and Sons and Bradley Scott Mfg. The mother of the late John Melo (wife Mary Melo), she leaves sons, Joseph DeMelo (wife Lucy), and Evaristo DeMelo, Jr. (wife Sharon), all of Fall River; grandchildren, Bobby Melo, Linda Medeiros, Lisa Elie, and Joshua, Angie, Matthew, and Nicole DeMelo; 9 great-grandchildren; a sister, Maria Gouveia of Fall River; and nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late Joao Pereira Borges and Maria (do Rego Cabral) Borges; and the sister of the late Anibal Borges, Aldina Resendes, Maria Sousa and Laurinda DaSilva. Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Sunday 3:00 to 7:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
