Angela T. (Clark) Helger of Tiverton, beloved wife of 62 years of the late Francis W. "Frank" Helger, passed away Friday, August 1, 2008 at Kimwell Nursing Home, Fall River in her 95th. year. Born in Fall River, she moved to Tiverton at the age of 10. A graduate of Durfee High School and Thibodeau Business College, she was employed by Bristol Knitting Mills, retiring 35 years ago. She loved her home, built by her husband, and enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading. She was a member of the Portsmouth Senior Citizens Group and a communicant of St. Christopher Church for over 80 years. Surviving Mrs. Helger are 2 daughters and spouse, Carol and Richard Wilder of Lakeland, FL and Joan Rocha of Portsmouth, RI; grandchildren, Douglas and Kathy Wilder, Deborah and Wayne Borge and Stephen, Corrine and Kevin Rocha and great-grandchildren, Lauren Peterson, Andrew Borge and Stephen, Caitlin and Michele Rocha. She was the daughter of the late Agnes V. (Montague) Clark and Edward E. Clark, Sr., the grandmother of the late Brian Wilder and the sister of the late Mary Sotherden and Edward E. Clark, Jr. Her private funeral was held Tuesday from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Christopher Church. Interment was in Pocasset Hill Cemetery.
