Ana I. (Santos) Batista

Ana I. (Santos) Batista, 60, of Fall River, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024.

She was the wife of Fernando Batista.

Born in Santa Antonio, Ponta Delgada, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of Gorgina (Vultao) Santos and the late Joao Santos.

She was employed in the garment industry. Ann enjoyed being at home with her family and especially adored her grandchildren.

Besides her husband of  41 years and her mother, she is also survived by a son, Corey Batista (companion Emily Silvia); two grandchildren, Braxon and Penelope Batista; Five siblings, Valerie Costa (late husband Joseph), Gabriella Sousa (husband George), Theresa Borges (husband John), twin sister Maria Silva (husband Antonio) and John Santos; many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 19, from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 South Main St. Fall River.

There will be a funeral service during the visitation at 6:00 P.M.
