Almerinda Connie (Costa) Mello

Almerinda Connie (Costa) Mello, 45, of Robert St., Westport, wife of Oliver Mello, Jr. and daughter of Eduardo and Maria (Amaral) Costa of Tiverton, was united with her Savior Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Born in Ponta Gara, So Miguel, Aores, she was a member of Christian Heritage Church, Foxboro and a former Missionette Coordinator at Calvary Temple Assembly of God, Fall River. Her lifes passion was to know and love Christ, and glorify Him in every part of her life. Besides her husband of 23 years and parents she leaves six children, Stephanie Harris and her husband John, and Tabitha Harris and her husband Joshua, all of New Hampshire, and Felicity, Chariti, Hannah and Seth Mello, all of Westport; a grandson, John Timothy Harris; siblings, Alvaro Costa of Tiverton, Mario Costa of Warren RI, Jeffrey Costa and Margaret Fournier, both of Fall River and Kimberly Brant of Texas and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the mother of the late Felicia and Nathaniel Mello. Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 10:00 AM at Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 4321 No. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Nathan Slade Cemetery, Somerset. Visitation at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. and at Calvary Temple Saturday morning prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
