Alice M. Gauthier

Alice M. Gauthier, 95, of Ridge St., Fall River, died at home Tuesday, April 17, 2007. A lifelong resident of Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Calixte and Emilia (Michaud) Gauthier. Miss Gauthier was employed by Firestone Rubber Co. for 30 years and by Ashworth Brothers for 10 years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of the Children of Mary of St. Anne Parish. Survivors include a sister, Sister Marie Emilia Gauthier, O.P., of the Sisters of the Presentation of Dighton; a brother, Reginald A. Gauthier of Fall River; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Calixte, Eugene, Imelda, Albert, Rev. J.H. Leon and Hector A. Gauthier, Sr. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:30 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
