Alfred H. Camara

Alfred H. Camara, 90, of Fall River, husband of Claire (Bernier) Camara, entered into rest Saturday, November 21, 2015. An Army veteran of WW II, he was a member of AMVETS, Somerset. Besides his wife of 35 years, he leaves stepchildren, Suzanne Franco and her husband Brian of Somerset, Shirley Fragata and her husband Carlos and David Simon and his wife Jennifer of New Bedford; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late John Hilario Camara and Maria Camara. His funeral service will be held Friday at 12:15 p.m. at the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Interment, Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Visitation, Friday morning prior to the service from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
