Aldea F. (Fortier) LeComte, 91, of Portsmouth, RI, died Monday, February 27, 2006. She was the wife of the late Roger M. LeComte. Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Joseph H. and Mary-Ann (Lucas) Fortier, she lived in Fall River for many years and in Portsmouth for the past 36. A homemaker and former vice president of LeComte's Dairy, Fall River, she was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church, Portsmouth, a member of the Friends of Saint Anne's Hospital and past-president of the former Exchangettes Club, Fall River. Survivors include 4 daughters, Annette Riley and her husband Thomas of Merritt Island, FL, Jacqueline Callahan and her husband Douglas of Titusville, FL, Madeleine Welch and her husband Raymond of Narcoossee, FL and Muriel Coyle and her husband John of Portsmouth; 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Roger M. LeComte, Jr., Claudette Marcellus and Paul H. LeComte and the sister of the late Jeanne Cote, Lillian LaBrie, Hervey, Leo, Henry and Albert Fortier, Pauline Murphy, Lorraine Galuska and Claire Sousa. Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:45 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anthony Church, Portsmouth at 10:00AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and barrier-free entrance to the rear of funeral home.
