Albertina (Silva) Louis

Albertina (Silva) Louis, 84, of Fall River, wife of the late Jose "Patinha" Louis, entered into rest, Saturday, November 7, 2015. A former employee of Charlton Memorial Hospital, she was a member of Conquerors for Christ Church, Dartmouth. She was the mother of George Louis (wife Yvette) and Nelia Fonte (husband Jose), all of Fall River, Frank Louis (wife Claudia) of Westport, Elizabeth Gomes (husband Edlei) of Westboro and the late Jose Silveira (wife Fatima of Falmouth); the grandmother of Jeffrey Silveira (Nancy), Joshua Fonte (Elizabeth), Daniel Louis (Elizabeth), Matthew Fonte (Amanda), David Louis (Valerie), Aaron Gomes (Thais), Brittany Louis, Andrew Gomes, Jordan Louis and Mark Gomes; the great-grandmother of Jeffrey and Isabella Silveira, Audrey, Eliana, Charles and Kaden Fonte and Juliana Gomes and Sofia Louis; the sister of Rosaria Estrela of Falmouth and the late Jose, Casemiro, Mimi and Hilda. Born in Terceira, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Francisco and Maria Silva. Her funeral service will be held in the Auclair Funeral Home, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. Interment, Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation, Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Large parking area & barrier-free entrance at the rear of funeral home.
