Albert A. "Al" Duperre

Albert A. "Al" Duperre, 86, of Somerset, husband of Theresa (Blanchette) Duperre, died Tuesday, December 9, 2014. An Army veteran and longtime employee of First National Stores, he enjoyed woodworking. Besides his wife of 66 years, he leaves a son, Dennis H. Duperre and his wife Stephanie of Rhoadesville VA; a grandson, James A. "Jamie" Duperre and his wife Laura of Hughesville, MD; a great-grandson, Xavier Duperre; a sister, Sharon Santos of Westport and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Harve and Jane (Lovell) Duperre and the brother of the late Lorraine Duquette and Herbert (his twin), Robert and Howard Duperre. His funeral service will be held Friday morning at 10:00 AM at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
