Alban "Red" Couture

Alban "Red" Couture, 78, of Fenner St., Fall River, husband of Margaret (Rego) Couture, died Monday, July 14, 2008. An Army veteran of the Korean War and Niagara Senior Center volunteer, he was employed by Texas Instruments, Attleboro for many years. Besides his wife of 55 years, he leaves 3 children, Stephen Couture and his wife Susan of Belle Mead, NJ, Debra Couture of Fall River and Lauren Enik and her husband Mark of Hawaii; grandchildren, Jessica, Robert, Elizabeth and David; great-grandchildren, Saige and Emily; siblings, Theresa Gutowski and Robert and Peter Couture, both of Fall River and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Paul and Merilda (Levasseur) Couture and the brother of the late Benoit and Norman Couture and Elizee Couture, Loretta Coderre, Arthur and Romeo Couture and Therese Poliquin. His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., with a funeral mass in Good Shepherd Church at 10:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
