Agnes M. Kubik has finished her work here on Earth and went home to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Agnes, born May 28, 1940, to Joseph and Agnes Rogers, grew up in North Dartmouth and married Frank Kubik in 1969. They lived in Freetown for 40 years. Agnes was the first assistant director of the Fall River/New Bedford Samaritans. She also owned and operated Bay Shore Security Co. with her husband. She competed in the sport of shooting and was a N.R.A. instructor as well as a Mass. Firearm safety instructor. She also enjoyed horseback riding, gardening, and hiking in New Hampshire where she took many wildlife photos especially of moose. She is survived by her husband Frank, daughter Kelly Messier, and grandson Ethan Messier of Fall River, stepchildren Kathy Pimentel and husband Louie, Kevin Kubik and wife Laura, and Frank Kubik and wife Pat, 14 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren, a brother Americo Pacheco, and dearest family friend, Paul Botelho who's tireless effort, gave us comfort during our time of need.
