Adrienne (Malenfant) Roberts, 90, of Fall River, widow of Omer H. Roberts, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Care Center.
A former member of the senior citizens clubs of St. George Parish and Saints Peter and Paul Parish, she lived in Fall River most of her life and in Westport for 19 years.
She leaves 2 daughters, Janet Souza and her husband Ronald of Fall River and Vivian LaJoie and her husband Richard of Plympton; grandchildren, Craig Souza (wife Helinette), Lisa Norbut (husband Garrett), Todd (wife Tina) and Scott LaJoie; great-grandchildren, Jenna Souza, Brandon and Allyson Norbut and Ty James LaJoie; siblings, Roland Malenfant of Fall River, Rita Miranda of Florida and Estelle Oliveira Ramos of Westport and nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late Cyprien "Sam" and Josephine (Tetreault) Malenfant and the sister of the late Mary Kay, Lina Thibodeau, Florence Babey, Agnes Costa and Omer and Albert Malenfant.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:00 AM from the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River, with a funeral mass in St. Anne Church at 9:00 AM. Burial, Notre Dame Cemetery.
Visitation, Friday 4:00 to 8:00 PM. LARGE PARKING AREA and BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home.
