Adelina "Ida" "Mémère" (Oliveira) Malenfant

Adelina "Ida" "Mém&egravere" (Oliveira) Malenfant, 83, of Fall River and a summer resident of Westport Camping Grounds, wife of Roland Malenfant, entered into rest Saturday, October 10, 2015. She was employed by the former Elbe File and Binder Co. for many years, retiring in 1997. Besides her husband of 61 years, she leaves two sons, Robert Malenfant of Canton, MA and Steven Malenfant and his wife Roxane of Fall River; grandchildren, Brian, Rebecca and Jenna-Mae Malenfant; great-grandchildren, Corbett and Parnell Malenfant and Luke DeSa; a sister, Frances Reis of Fall River and nieces and nephews including Robert Andrade of Fall River, who was like a son to Ida and Roland. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Francelina (Moniz-Botelho) Oliveira and the sister of the late Olive Andrade, Charles Oliveira and Joseph Oliveira. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. at the AUCLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 690 So. Main St., Fall River. Visitation, Wednesday morning prior to the service from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. LARGE PARKING AREA & BARRIER-FREE ENTRANCE at the rear of funeral home. Please omit flowers.
